rev:text	POINTS: no grass, indoor only facility, "business" done on pads. great friendly customer service The story we got was they moved to this unit from next door due to increase in cost. Now they no longer have access to where they used to walk the dogs in the back. This place is really sad if your dog is an outside dog. Our dog is an inside dog since we live in a Condo, we take him out on walks twice and day so he's trained to poop on grass. I'm not sure how well he adjusted to doing it on the pads Small Town Dog provides. So keep this in mind before you decide to board your dog with them. We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Las Vegas this year with the whole family so there was no one to take care of our dog for those few days. We wanted to be close to him even if we had to board him so this was a good place for a low cost. When we first walked in I was VERY surprised at the layout (I posted pictures), It was just a large room of crates, and the larger dogs had taller bigger ones to the side. The floor was cement painted green....not sure if they were trying to fool the dogs into thinking they were on greener pastures. Anyway, we did all the paperwork and whatnot, and put our dog in his little gated area with his bed and toys. He was not happy to see us go, but it had to be done. Can one really truly rate a place like this? The dog can't tell you how their stay was. All I have to say is that our dog really enjoyed peeing on curbs when we got him two days later, He went to poop like normal and ate like normal right after, so there doesn't seem to be any trauma. It's sad that this place no longer have an area where the dogs can do outside. If you have a large dog, that is used to being outside in the yard....or any dog that's used to being outside, this is not the place for it. If you are like me and have a small indoor dog, a few days while you are in Vegas should be fine. I do HIGHLY suggest you drop by daily just to take him outside yourself....I know I know, you want to enjoy your vacation, but can you really bare to see your loved one stuck in that little box?
