  • Jen is just so perfect, I can't even think of ever having better customer service anywhere else in my life. Seriously, I had misunderstood about something, when I custom ordered my son a bracelet but she really went over an beyond to make me happy. My son loves the bracelet and now my daughter wants one, so I'm going to HAVE to get her one. They've fixed my Gucci watch here as well, and their really fast. I actually really like this place! I don't think I'd go anywhere else. I plan on going back very soon. If you see this thanks Jen, I can't even tell you how great you are!
