  • If I could get a zero star review I would. Although this company was the cheapest for a quote, they've been the worst to deal with. No one actually answers the phone, so you always have to leave a voicemail. This last time, it took us two voicemails and one email to get someone to contact us back. They installed our fence last year and a good portion of boards cracked and bowed and they left huge gaps under our fence which we specifically stated multiple times not to because of our pets. The gaps are so big that he neighbors' dog can get his head under and is causing problems, so the worker told me to shoot the dog. I don't think a company can get more unprofessional than that. I'm in shock that he said that to me. I will never, ever recommend this company. I definitely should have paid more and gone with someone else.
