Slowest Costco ever. Is it really that hard to staff your store? Lines in the return and membership area are poorly marked and poorly manned. They had 3 people working this area and the line was practically out the door. People were literally leaving the store because they were sick of waiting. I had two young children with me and had to wait for a very long period of time to obtain a replacement card.
After the membership line my experience when from bad to worse. They were out of the things we needed and they charged me twice for multiple items, which I didn't realize until I got out to the car. So then I had to go back in and wait in line again. Poor management. Very disappointing.
