  • Just had the oddest experience here. I called ahead to see if they had Shuron frames. The did, so I headed over. The man in the store started pulling out exactly the frames I was looking for. I remarked that I'd be sending back photos to my wife for review showing how they look on my face. He replied that was not allowed. Something about "insurance" and "problems in the past". No photos. I told him that the last five competitor stores had no problem with this. He didn't see a need for someone to take a picture of how a frame looks on one's face. (That's after seeing my prescription where it's obvious everything is blurry looking in mirrors.) I can't comment on anything else in the store, because it was pointless continuing to shop there. Total waste of time. I left.
