  • I contacted Ilya through Thumbtack and he came in a timely manner; once we moved back the scheduled time. We had scheduled a 3PM appointment to look at my refrigerator and he called to say that he was running late. I appreciated that he called but I was a bit dubious. It only lasted for a moment, as he arrived at the newly specified time and started assessing the problem. He diagnosed the issue and immediately got to work. His price was reasonable and fair. Although, I wish I had known that he had some Groupon or discount coupon on offer...ah well. This company is a find, keep them in mind for any repairs on an on need basis. Illya knows his business and is friendly and approachable, should you have any questions.
