  • I've always used this branch as my last resort, because over 5 years, I've learned that customer service is non-existant there! And today reinforced that if that is the last post office on earth, go to UPS! As the pervious reviewer said, the are so worried about being direct, they can't do their job. I needed to send a giftcard and wanted to insure it. Apparently, you can't insure those. O.K. I get that. Give me another option. She didn't. I said screw it, I can go to UPS! Then I needed postcard stamps, really stamps just went up. THey have no new postage! I said, well then help me make a combination that works from other denominations. She said we have nothing. After me, really pushing the subject, she grabbed some other stamps! I left and went to my local branch at Chagrin Falls, OH... They are soooo nice there!!!
