I took my 4Runner into the shop to fix my a piece of my door that had broken off. I spoke directly with the owner, Chip. He sat down with me explaining the work that needed to be done. He gave me two options with two very different price quotes - one quote was higher by approximately $200. I'm not an expert at cars so I asked him what he would do, if the two options were at the same price. He gave me his honest opinion and it ended up being the lower priced option. I appreciated his honestly and decided to go with the lower-price option. I was very skeptical about the work that was going to be done, but now after a few months of driving it around, my door is still in tact. Before I got it repaired I attached the broken piece with tape, so there was a lot of tape residue on my door, but when they returned my car, they cleaned up the surface area. Chip himself dropped me off home while they worked on my car and picked me up when it was done. It did take the whole day for them to finish, but I didn't mind.
Overall, I was very pleased with the friendly and genuine/honest customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others and come to them again if I have any other auto body repairs.
