rev:text	WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went for a blow out so I'd be new years eve ready and trusted this salon because it was in the Shangri la BIG MISTAKE. The male stylist rushed through it and pulled my hair so hard. Didn't bother to chit chat and the entire time was talking to another stylist how he didn't want any more appointments and it was so evident he didn't want to be there. Customer service was a 0. Didn't even a knowledge me at first and when they saw me no one said anything finally they asked if I had an appointment, when I was done paying I said "oh my jacket is in your closet" the girl didn't even say anything she just sat at the computer and I awkwardly walked to the closet and got everything myself fumbling through other people's jackets.. My hair is a nightmare. Looks like a 60s curl gone wrong. It's poofy and FULL of hairspray so now I'll probably end up putting my hair in a pony tail for new years. I felt so ugly and didn't even have the energy to tell them because as soon as he was done he went straight to the computer expecting the payment and I knew these people wouldn't do anything if I complained. They seemed like gossipy highschool students and I knew if I said I didn't like it they wouldn't take the criticism well so as to avoid the drama I just payed and even tipped 20% and then left. Now I'm home so upset and trying to salvage my hideous hairdo before I go out. WORST PLACE. Save yourself the trouble. I'll be emailing head office in the new year in hopes of getting my money back.
