I have been wanting to try Heist since QCExclusive Magazine featured some of the chef's recipes. We finally went tonight with another couple, though we were nervous, after reading some of the reviews tonight before going. i am not a beer drinker (though the vodka and ginger beer cocktail and wine were great), so I cannot attest to the beers, but all four of us were bowled over by the food and service. i had a truly difficult time deciding on what to get because everything sounded wonderful. I love to cook and my husband and I are both extremely appreciative of good, well cooked and presented food. We were not disappointed in the least with ANYTHING and can't wait to go back. Bryce was a perfect wait person, and the atmosphere, our dining companions, and the food made for a perfect evening. Duck flatbread and chicken waffles were stellar.
