  • I brought a person into this office who was hit by a car. NO SENSE OF URGENCY! They took blood pressure and temp measurements, looked at the individual's knee and that's it. After sitting in the office for 45 minutes and giving them $165, they wouldn't even dress the cut on the individual's hand before referring us to UMC.
