We were there a few days before and I was accused of stealing milk which was extremely upsetting and offensive but I kept my Cool. We forgot and forgave and we kept going back, today we bought a few different things and the gentleman there rang me up, I had just made a deposit so I needed a receipt which is seldom offered, the woman there interfere making the gentleman look like if he doesn't know what he is doing or they aren't even on the same page, so she rang me up a a whole different amount came up so she demanded that the .34 cents be payed. I refused to pay because I HAD ALREADY PAID. She was unable to provide me with a receipt ONCE, how is she going to prove me that the gentleman made a mistake? Their customer service is awful, I will definitely NOT go back, she made her business look shady, and how do we know we are being charged the correct price EVERY time? Besides their lack of customer service skills? Perhaps they need to invest in a new cash register and hand a receipt to every customer, and that woman really, really needs to learn some manners instead of trying to PLAY donut shop.
