  • Belk never seems to have just what I'm looking for, but I was completely under dressed not realizing we could still have 40 degree weather at the end of April... so I went in to find something to put on over my sleeveless dress. I really didn't want to spend more that $25, and found a little jean shirt in the juniors department for about that price. I bought that and a little white top for about $50 altogether. It was Kohl's quality at Belk prices, but that's just how it is anymore. The reason I'm giving the Belk 4 stars is their employees were all super nice. The little old lady ringing me up was sweet. Most of the people at the Clinique counter. however, didn't know what planet they were on But, the lady who I found there was quick and helpful and got me the makeup I needed. Okay- come to think of it, this is a generous four stars, but I would go back... if I had no other choice.
