  • Firewater is in a great location in the University area right on the lake. It is more spacious than I expected. I went for a event which was held in there private room. The private room is spacious but doesn't have a door. The background noise from the restaurant made it difficult to hear the speaker. Our event included 25 people and we only had one waiter. It was a Friday night that was disappointing. He did the best he could but he never followed up with me after I received my meal. I ordered the black bean burger and it was really disappointing. The burger looked and tasted liked like a flavorless veggie burger with pieces of corn and black bean. Overall the experience left me feeling disappointed and hungary.
