  • I had been wearing individual braids for over 7 years. This was the style I chose to wear after battling cancer. This year I chose to come out of my braids and try a natural looking weave. I searched high and low for a stylistthat not only stood by their work, but had a personality that was fun and inviting. I looked into several salons throughout the valley (not going to name them) to find a place that I would feel special. I scheduled my first appointment in October and because I did my home work, I did everything she suggested; from ordering my hair from her Mayveen web site and being early for my appointment. I waited outside in the lobby for her to come get me. She told me to come on back to her room. Just as I was feeling good about meeting her, I find out I was at the wrong location. I was on Blue diamond and should have been on Buffalo and Tropicana. At this time, I was afraid she was going to be nasty and tell me to reschedule my appointment. I was surprised by her tone and attitude. She told me "it's ok doll", just get here as soon as you can. I was there within 25 minutes. I knew at this point I found someone special. I have had 3 appointments so far, my daughter just got her hair done and now one of my best friend is getting her hair done in 1/2/2015. I will continue to recommend her service to all my friends and family members. Well, I not only found the above qualities in Cynthia, I also found a friend in Christ, a devoted mother and a women who loves her husband to the moon and back. Cynthia you are the best May 2015 bring you an abundance.
