  • I have lived here for 1 month now and I love how quiet it is. I live on the first floor in the back of the middle building on the very end. I only hear my upstairs neighbor who hardly makes any noise. I also love the private entryway. There's a lot of parking and it's not assigned. The rent is affordable for a 1 bedroom and it's pretty spacious! There's a walking trail behind the apartments that's great for walking your pets and for exercising. The amenities are awesome-2 gyms, 2 pools, 2 business centers and 2 clubhouses. I only give it 4 stars because 1. I wish the property was swept up more. There's garbage near the stairwell in my building that has been there for over a month 2. There was a main water break issue that we weren't informed about and it was off for more than 12 hours. I've always loved this side of town. The property is only 6 years old and for the price, you can't beat it!
