If you want the "room" that this place has to offer, that's where the 2 stars come from. Great space for the price. However, none of our remote controls worked for any of the 3 televisions, nor did the televisions have manual buttons on the actual device. Our room keys didn't work once. Each time we needed to enter, we had to go to the front desk and have someone come open the door. On the final day, the toilet overflowed in one of the restrooms. The windows are paper thin and we didn't get any sleep with all the noise from Tropicana Boulevard. At least 10 emergency vehicle sirens zipped past us every night between 10p-6a. The stairwells leading to the rooms in building 19 (and I'm sure all the other buildings) had wonderful acoustics. You were able to hear every single footstep and voice that went up and down.
