  • I love babystacks I always go to the original location in Summerlin they have the best service there and should've just gone there instead. Never coming back to this location again after our experience . Yes, there's a lot of people, it's busy... BUT that doesn't give you an excuse to be rude and inattentive to your customers. Our server took 15 min to get us a drink and another five to get our orders... Once he did get our orders all of our orders were incorrect! A simple sorry about that would've sufficed BUT he managed to say are you sure you didn't order that?.... Like BRO... I ordered Portuguese sausage, rice, over medium eggs, with pancakes .... and he gave me the sausage, seasoned potatoes,scrambled eggs and toast... instead of apologizing he was just like so you changed your mind on the toast..? NO. I never ordered it.. and he was telling me that wasn't what he wrote down.. Well OBVIOUSLY you were not paying attention and didn't care much for good service...he apologizes after hearing me make a comment about him claiming we ordered what he wrote. To put the cherry on top of this horrific service he managed to put 3 drinks that we didn't order on the bill...... The cashier asks us if we wanted to add tip ... the answer is a big NO. I'm usually a good tipper but with that service he was lucky we didn't walk out... Amazing food won't keep customers coming back if your service is horrible and unprofessional. I did not expect a 5 star dining experience here but I also did expect attentiveness, and a little bit of courtesy.... SMH.
