UPDATE: We paid the BS service call of 136.50, hand delivered it to the office,and STILL received an email after the fact; we still have a balance on the account for the 136.50. It is obvious that the right hand DOES NOT talk to the left hand - heck, it doesn't even know the left hand exists when it comes to communication within renters warehouse. I am hoping the term of our lease goes by quickly AND is as painless as possible though I am NOT holding my breath!! All the frustration and BS has occurred within LESS THAN a month of signing our lease -
People: that should tell you EVERYTHING there is to know about dealing with this poor excuse of a company - RUN FAST!
