  • I'm not one to write reviews unless it's really worthy and for better or worse. This experience made me want to be a customer. It's all about getting the right associate to help you and this last trip to BB we got best associate for what we were looking for. My son and I went in there looking to buy a 2-in-1 laptop for his sister's birthday. Truth be told, she needs it for school so it made good sense financially to make it a "gift" ;) The associate we got is immersed in this area so we got the best guy to help us out and made it super easy and fast. No d***** around which I love. Point is...when you go shopping for just about any big purchase like good laptops, if you can find an associate who is immersed in that area, you're going to have a great experience. Something I don't get shopping online. There's something to be said for going to the store. Happy shopping!!! 07/03/17 - Only 144 days till Christmas and 131 days till Hanukkah!
