  • It was a long wait until I got my rental car. They only had 2 clerks, one of them was the manager. I was with my 6 month old daughter who had a soiled diaper but they let a couple cut in front of me anyway. This place was very unorganized and I'm very unpressed with my rental car, they gave me a Chevy Impala that's okay to drive around but was malodorous! My car that's in the shop was an SUV, unfortunately the SUV they had "needed an oil change". I don't ever want to deal with Hertz Rental Car ever again. I'm already stressed with everything that's happening and they didn't make my experience a good one.
