UPDATE: just upgraded another phone and Josh took excellent care of us. Made me want to change this review to 5 stars. He needs a raise!!
Beautifully designed store and concept, but needs improvement on customer service.
It's very cool that employees can check you out from anywhere in the store, but it's very hard to find an employee willing/free to help. Taking away lines just leaves groups of people either standing awkwardly around the table or hovering around employees who are busy.
I understand it's the holidays and it's much busier than normal, but it seems to me there should be a better system for addressing customers.
Overall still a very good experience. Everyone thinks they can run a business better than the employees, so I understand I'm just seeing a small part of what's going on. Still a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back.
Out of the last few visits, the most helpful employee by far was Justine. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way possible!
