rev:text	I have to say I was quite disappointed. I went shopping this past Monday looking to furnish 3 full rooms. I had visited quite a few stores in the North Scottsdale area that day, and by far this was the least friendly place. I walked in and there was a lady to the right at a desk who hesitantly said hello. She didn't walk over just a short hello. As I began to look throughout the store I passed at least three employees, none of which spoke or offered any assistance. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism in such a high priced retail store. Perhaps I didn't look like I had any money....I wasn't carrying my Gucci bag.......I wasn't dressed in my business clothes, but that is my choice. I dare not say it was the color of my skin! But I really don't know what it was because I wasn't given a chance to speak with anyone. After 10 minutes or so of being there I made up my mind I could spend my very hard earned money someplace else. I actually saw a few things that caught my eye, but I won't get them from there. As I was leaving the same lady now to my left at the desk gave me a weak wave and bye! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Customer service will always be my deciding factor and the people at Ladlow's have none!
