  • I really liked this gym, it's clean and there isn't really a line to use equipment. However, being an inexperienced gym enthusiast doesn't make it any better. I wanted to work on toning but hey, I get intimidated when I see guys with builging biceps and triceps and whateverceps. I consider myself a girl with balls but that doesn't mean that I feel comfortable talking to staff and asking them "hey, am I doing these curls right? Uh, excuse me but can you tell me if I am seated properly to be lifting this ton of metal?" No I prefer to do it my own way and deal with the pulled muscle, can't move cause I twisted this mentalitiy. Ok, anyways back to the weights. There are pictures on the equipment which are supposed to tell you how to do it but of course it's subjective. I didn't find any of the staff there to be overtly friendly or helpful. There were a few times I wanted to ask for clarification but I diagress. I used a teambuy coupon $39 for 3 months, there were subsequent better deals later on. The guy who signed me up wasn't great, he wasn't unfriendly neither was he friendly. He seemed like the type of guy who thought he was all that. I didn't end up using it that much but for what it was worth I used this place for the cardio equip. The groupbuy said you had a session with a personal trainer but I never took that and neither did my sister and her friend. They weren't pushy so that was a plus. Oh, maybe it's just me but I think this place smells like a stable when you first walk in. But the smell isn't there when you get upstairs to the gym. Parking here is very limited, there's parking assigned for one of the businesses here and you could always take a chance and park there after hours. One thing I really didn't like about this place is that they don't even bother posting their prices on the website. Jukarati classes always blared their music which was very distracting whenever the classes were held. It is a good deal to try the group buy for this place but i wouldn't sign up here because I think their prices are ridiculous.
