  • This rating goes to the sales department. My family and I dealt with Alex who was very friendly, helpful and listened to what we had to say. However, the sales manager Johnny is a complete d*ck. After going back and forth with negotiations a few times, Johnny came to our table and instantly had an arrogant, know-it-all attitude. I'm in my mid 20s and a lot of the time I am mistaken as someone who is very young so I am often treated as such. Well Johnny felt the need to lecture and belittle me on the details of my car situation and eventually I got so sick of listening to him that I interrupted and told him if he couldn't help me that I'm going to have to walk away. Johnny basically said "no way" and my family and I stood up and left. I could not believe how much of a jerk he was. I feel bad for anyone who interacts with him. Not only will he rip you off, but he'll laugh in your face while he does it. Thank you, Johnny, for validating my feelings about the Volkswagen brand.
