  • We had some bad experiences with our previous property management company of our three rental properties in Las Vegas. We researched Wendi's company on Yelp and were pleased. We decided to hire her company to manage two of our properties starting last year. We recently added the third property after the current Lease was nearing expiration. That FEE CRAZY former company still charged us management fees for two extra months after we cancelled the agreement. We had a chance to meet Wendi Dana and her staff and were very impressed. She's a great leader and put together a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team that keeps us updated and promptly handles any situation. A quick shout out to staff members Becky, Lil, Samantha, & Claudia who have been awesome. We strongly recommend Dana Realty Group & Property Management to Landlords and prospective Tenants if they're looking for a highly regarded property management company. They've worked hard to earn their high ratings. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
