  • I've never been in a Cartier before and my fiancĂ© has always talked highly about the brand so he decided to take me and my younger sister to this location and I am so glad he did. We walked in with tank tops and swim shorts and Ginger Kuang made the experience so painless and enjoyable. She was so sweet, polite and didn't even treat us differently for the way we were dressed. She met our expectations and went above and beyond. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and she wasn't overbearing at all which had tarnished my views on many fine jewelers. We loved how knowledgeable she was with all the pieces we discussed. She was very personal and had excellent customer service. Both of us being managers for different corporations, we were really impressed with her. I really loved how genuinely excited she was for us as well. She even included my 11 year old sister in the conversation and treated us like family. Many places we visit wouldn't included the rest of the party in the discussion so we definitely noticed that and it made our night. What sold me was when she told me the whole significance and story behind the pieces. We are extremely pleased with this visit and so glad she works for your establishment because she definitely is an asset to your team. We will be back and will recommend your location to our friends that visit. Can't wait to see Ginger again! Thank you so much Ginger for your hospitality. If you are looking for a fine jeweler that actually cares about you genuinely and will take the time to get to know you, I recommend this location. It's stress free and respectful. :)
