rev:text	Petsmart was asking me for my puppies rabies shot for grooming. Since I ran out of my house I forgot all his documents. My puppy had his rabies shot tag from all American animal hospital on so I asked petsmart to call them. When they did they said they had no record of my puppies shots. So I gave them the rabies tag number and they said that number didn't exist. All of the records for my puppy that I have at home say "All American Animal Hospital" on them, so I was surprised that they did not have his records. I purchased my puppy from Puppy Town and got all my documents from them. As soon as I got the documents I headed to All American Animal hospital to give them my puppies name and my personal information so that they could update their system and put a name to the rabies tag number. They did, and I even received a printed copy. Yet, according to them none of that exist. I don't understand. Honestly, I don't care about how they run their business since I'm not a regular there and I won't be after this. ALL I care about is my puppies health. Did he really get his shots or did they just give puppy town 'fake' information? As a concerned dog owner I need to know if I have to take my puppy to get his shots again. I just want honesty from both puppy town and this place. Please fix your system so that people like me don't think you guys are just giving out fake info! I would like to believe that my puppy did indeed get all his shots and that he is healthy!
