  • Customer Service here is not the best! I received a call today from Sheryl who was calling in regards to a balance on my account that I wasn't aware of. I asked her if they could give me a call back on FRIDAY because I get paid Friday I'll make the payment. Instead of saying okay and asking if there was a specific time Friday she says " Oh! So you're not going to pay today ?!" I said no if you can call me Friday I will make the payment then. She never said okay thank you goodbye or anything !!!! SHE JUST HUNG UP IN MY FACE! While the doctors are amazing the CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BILLING OR RECEPTION SUCKS SO BAD! That only will keep me from ever going back again!
