  • This is the second time in 3 years that I've asked Sarkis to pick up and clean my Tibetan rugs and I re-hired him because he did an amazing job the first time. My rugs were 10 years old and had been at the beach. He picked them up at no charge on the day and the hour he had promised. I asked for new pads for the rugs and he delivered them on time and installed the padding and the carpet, moving quite a bit of furniture in the process. I was stunned when I saw the 4 carpets he cleaned for me. They looked as new as the day I bought them! My rugs are functional art and will stay in my family for generations. One of the rugs I'm having mended and cleaned came from my grandmother and is over 100 years old. The owner understands the legacy of unique carpets from around the world and has done a better job caring for my carpets than Aga John did in LA. I am so impressed that a professional of his caliber is here in the Las Vegas valley. If you own a rug that you value please don't let conventional carpet cleaners near it. You won't regret it.
