ZERO Customer Service!
My family and I have been patients since 2007 and quality of care has gone down tremendously since Southwest became Gentle Dental. I arrived today for my appointment (after being rescheduled twice) at 8:15, the appointment had been confirmed for 8:20 just yesterday. After checking in I was asked to take a seat and it would be just a moment. I waited patiently for 20 minutes prior to asking when I would be seen. The receptionist looked surprised I would ask, and even that I was still waiting! I was the ONLY one in the waiting area! I was told it would be yet another 15 minutes before anyone would see me. I have had enough! My family and I are changing dentists. There are too many available to tolerate such poor customer service!
