  • DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I feel like I have been ripped off. Here's why: I found their coupon flyers in the mail and I thought I give them a try ($55 advertised for entire house duct cleaning). I take care of my elderly mom and she suffers from serious allergies. I took her to the doctor already but thought cleaning the ducts might help with her illness. Also the previous homeowners have never done the duct cleaning so I wanted to have it done urgently. They were extremely nice when I setup for appt (which will change later). The technician tested for mold and said that my house tested positive. He was more of a salesman than a technician because I ended up talking to him for 30 mins; he tried to sell services which would cost me $1000+. Because of my mom's illness I wanted to have something done so I signed up for a 2 year warranty mold cleaning & prevention including "Re-Tests", plus 2 permanent air filters for $50 (which he "guarantees" that they will be built and sent by UPS within 2 weeks). Overall cost me about $450. I also requested for an official warranty certificate. I was surprised when the mold cleaning took only 2 mins (I was told he released a "fog" in the air duct). I was okay at this point until after 2 weeks when I did not received the filters and the warranty certificate. I was told they are on "backorder" but will be available in 2 days and shipped to me in a week. I got the warranty certificate a week later after but at this point, I felt like I have be scammed. The warranty did not cover for anything. Nothing. The certificate has no "checked box" against any of the warranty services such as mold prevention, deodorize system etc. Now more than 1 month and still no filters. It was very frustrating to call so many times for a simple request (for something I paid). She said she "forgot" to send the order in (of course after I have called numerous times). I asked for a refund and she said she will send it through the mail this week. I said I will come pick it up but she said she can't allow that. Why? Said it was not their business practice. If I don't see the refund check next week, I will be reporting to BBB and local channel news consumer complaint hotlines. At this point, I really don't want to deal with them anymore. I regret doing business with these people. PLEASE READERS/REVIEWERS, don't make the same mistake as I did. I actually did not have an account with Yelp before but I signed up in hope that other people won't fall into their trap. The worse part is they don't deliver the product you paid for. I will update more on this review to let you know if I even got my money back. P.S. I researched more about mold. If you are really concerned, an "independent" contractor who does NOT do the cleaning should test first. From AZ Health Dept website: http://www.azdhs.gov/phs/oeh/invsurv/air_qual/pdf/moldfact.pdf
