  • Although this company may have had horrible ratings in the past, they get nothing but 5 stars from me. This was the third company sent out to me to do warranty work on my washing machine. The first company really screwed up and left me with a flooded family room, the second company didn't want to repair someone else's screw up, and this company finally was able to get me back up and laundering. Sylvia in the office was a pleasure to work with. The senior tech they sent out to the house was polite and seemed like he knew what to do. He was quick, efficient, and when it was all said and done, left me with a working washer. The only way this could be better is if he did my months worth of laundry for me!
