  • The customer service is good and it's clean, but there's always the worst smell of bad sewer. It's so disgusting and makes myself and family sick to our stomachs. We literally have to hold out shirts over our mouths and nose going through. They redid their theaters, so the seating is nice, but it definitely reflects on their prices. Costs more to come here then Galaxy right down the street. At Galaxy, no sewer smell, no casino cigarette smell and cheaper. I'll stick with Galaxy. We won't go back until horrible sewer smell is gone. Figured to support a local station casino, but it's not worth it right now.
