  • The service in this small shop located at the Finch subway level is excellent. The owners really care about doing a good job repairing your shoes. I had a pair of brown boots that need extra care because a rusted nail had to be removed before new heels could be put on. The owner called me, explained the situation and assured me it could be done. Yes, he did charge extra for his effort but I am quite certain another shop would simply not do the repair at all. I'll certainly be back.
