  • A1 live up to it's name. They answered their telephone, scheduled the service for the very next day, and followed up by texting me the technician's photo and information. Russ called me when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He explained the problem to me, and then gave me a set options (and costs). He didn't try to upsell anything or paint a room-and-gloom picture trying to force me to buy unnecessary parts. When Russ was finished, he played a short set for me on my son's drum set! Thanks for a great job, A1!
