  • I was so excited to try out my first car detailing experience and had such high hopes for this company but I was severely disappointed and disheartened by the workmanship. I left my car with the owner that completed a walkthrough of my Acura TSX (which was not at all dirty nor soiled). The owner assured me he would complete a thorough job of cleaning the floor mats, vacuuming the carpets, polishing the interior and exterior of the car and rims. I left my car there at exactly 11:30am and was told the car would be ready in under an hour and 45 minutes. through my conversation with, i assume the owner, there were several clients walking into the shop requesting their car to be cleaned; stating they had groupons. I was asked to come back and informed I would receive a call when my car was ready. In 1.5 Hours, my ride was pressed for time and dropped me off at the office. I waited in the lobby for one hour until I called the office number for someone to meet me in the lobby. When person finally came to the lobby he stated he would take about 45 minutes to complete my car. 3 hours and 15 minutes later my car came out soaking wet. I opened the passenger door to see a young man blasting music on Serious Radio with the AC on full blast. This wouldn't have been an issue until I realized the gas tank was borderline empty and his complete disregard for my time/energy/money. I took a walk around of my car and was so disappointed and angered by the work: 1. They must have used a dirty rag to clean my windows because there were oil steak lines throughout the windshield 2. The rims of the cards had dirt on the insides (although he stated he sprayed them 3 times) 3. All the mirrors had stains on them 4. The interior cup containers still had coffee stains and residue in them 5. The exterior of the car had a leftover waxy residue that I had to scratch off I pointed all these issues to the owner, he came up with a number of reasons why the work was not cleaned: "The power went off in the building" "it was dark and I didn't see up close to clean that part of your car" "I washed your rims three times" (as I am scraping dirty off my rims with my finger) The owner requested I pay the $20.00 for tax and gratuity. Wanting to leave there as soon as i could i paid him the $20.00 and speed away thinking my car is filthier than when i brough it in. Please don't waste your time or money on this company... You'll regret you did.
