  • Food poisoning alert. My husband and I dined at Emerils on 03/8/13. 3 hours after dining there he was violently ill with food poisoning. My guess was either the salmon or the banana crime pie. This had all the ear marks of staph poisoning . My shrimp was over cooked and cold,his salmon was undercooked and blah. The wine was ordered incorrectly and the staff became surly and indifferent when it was brought to their attention. It was restaurant week in Vegas and the menu was there but concealed behind other menu pages. Stay away from this restaurant it is hazardous to your health.
