  • This was so much fun!!!! The staff is amazing, and make sure everyone feels comfortable. I did not find this scary at all (and by comparison I do not like rollercoasters), this is truly just fun. The flight instructor is with you the entire time. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can just give them a handle signal and they can sit you down. I never felt uncomfortable at all. There is also someone monitoring the air/wind speed the entire time, and the tunnel itself is covered in bumpers with safety nets at the top and bottom. I actually felt quite safe. Book in advance. I booked the day before without issue--you do not print out your reservation. It is just booked under your name. So don't worry if you are staying at a hotel about getting the email printed off. It isn't needed. Saturday is their busiest day. They do accept walk-ins, but you may have to wait quite a while if you walk-in (the morning I was there, someone walked in like when it opened at 9:45 and they had to wait until about 11:30 for their flight. There isn't much if anything within walking distance, so an hour or more wait could get quite long). People can complain about the price, but this is a unique experience. I thought the price was more than fair given how fun it is and the time spent. I guess it is about 2.5 mins of flight time. I am sure that doesn't sound like a lot, but it is truly enough time to enjoy it. Be warned though: if you have any kind of shoulder injury do not do this. They tell you this multiple times before you get in the flight suit. It's true. I have never had a shoulder injury and the next day my arms were really sore. Don't worry about the weigh-in. It is very discreet. You step on a scale in front of the counter, but only the employee behind the counter can see your weight. There are also free lockers to use to store your items during the flight (you can have nothing in your pockets during the flight). If you need glasses, they do have goggles and helmets that can accommodate glasses. If you buy tickets online in advance you can also prepay for a photo or two. I recommend it because there is no way to take photos while you are in there. I also bought the DVD (30 bucks) because it can be hard to get good photos of your entire group. I loved this experience. I will go back for sure and I would recommend it to others.
