  • You lost my business... after spending thousands of dollars on pet care for my dog at your facility... I will not come back. Its the principle. I stopped by to purchase specific dog food and was told since, I have a balance on my account of 300.00 I was not allowed to purchase the dog food until my balance was paid, even if I paid a $100.00 right then. Where is your concern for the animals who have a need; but money is in your heart.
