  • Update: the general manager reached out to me to apologize for the unprofessional situation I encountered. He informed me that the employee who canceled my tow, would not be fired, but would be moved to a different position. He went out of his way to make amends and I really appreciate it. Initial review: 1 star - Completely unprofessional towing company. When my car broke down and needed to tow my insurance company dispatched it to quick pic towing. The estimated wait time was one hour. After one hour and 40 minutes have gone by, I called quick pic for an estimated time of arrival. The woman was so rude, she said "I don't have a genie in a bottle to have a tow truck magically show up at your door". After informing her that I didn't require any magic, she became quite angry, screamed I'm canceling your tow! And hung up on me! Please, save yourself the time, trouble, and frustration and hire a different towing company.
