If I could give zero stars I would. Imagine this. Your father has a stroke and after extensive rehab, would really love to drive again. His neurologist highly recommended Driving to Independence as a reputable business to assess whether or not he is ready to get behind the wheel again. The day after the neurologist gave us the contact information, I called and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I submitted the contact form on the website. No one replied. I left another voicemail. No one replied. I gave up. Months went by. My sister came into town. She wanted to revisit the driving situation as our father is very depressed being housebound and driven around by family. So I decided to give Driving to Independence one more phone call which again went straight to voicemail. I explained how eager we were to hear back and how disappointed I was that no one ever got back to me. AND NO ONE DID! They must have paid people to write the positive reviews.
