Don't do business with this company... they have the worst customer service of any service based company I've every used. Their office manager is horrible and has NO customer service skills and their billing is a mess. I've been with them less than a year and charged extra twice. Despite being told 5 different times I would receive a call back about billing issues I never received a phone call. I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged until the billing issues were looked into and I received a return call and my credit card was charged. If you call you're either told that the person you're talking to can't help you and they'll take a message, or if you talk to the right person you're told that she'll look into it and get back to you. Beware! I cancelled my service but learn from my mistake and don't start doing business with them in the 1st place.
