  • After a merger with a physician I was using - one who was rather incompetent - I went back to see Dr Bruce to have stitches taken out - she nearly killed me with her incompetence when I was infected with C-Diff - stitches she should be able to manage. When I called to book the appointment you get to sit on hold for 15 to 20 minutes because lets face it they can not be bothered to hire people to answer their phone - when they finally answer I am told they can not book the appointment because I owe money?? Excuse me I have not darkened the door of this quake since she nearly killed me in 2009 - I owe for what and why did you not bill?? Come to find out not only did I not owe a dime to these theives - they had been sitting on overpayment of 35.00 for 3 years! Dr Bruce managed to get the stitches out but getting my $35.00 was another story - that took them 3 more months and only because I had to harrass them to get it. Stay away there are far better doctors with officeworkers who actually like their jobs....
