  • If JOSEPH SIMMONS is you're Sales Rep. RUN! Bought a 2014 kia optima about 8 months ago from Rocky Lyon, wonderful experience. Transfered a Jeep Cherokee from CA about 5 weeks ago, was ready to sign papers day it arrived. The last 5 weeks we have received the worst customer service from Joseph Simmons in regards to wait time, updates etc. We decided to hold off on buying the Jeep and have been searching else where. Will not return to this location. Rather drive to Sahara.
