rev:text	PEOPLE BEWARE THIS PLACE IS POORLY RUN BY POORLY TRAINED PEOPLE WHO REALLY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT TAKING YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE THEY WILL BE STOLEN SOONER OR LATER. READ UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW...IT GETS WORSE I need to write this to warn any potential customers about this place. I just had 2 units robbed from here. The staff was completely useless. One unit was robbed this morning 6/10/2017 04:27 AM they way they have their security cameras set up is less than worthless and all but invites someone to rip off this place. They noticed this morning that my unit had been robbed, but did not call me until 3 PM this afternoon to notify me!! The unit that got robbed is not within the " SECURED AREA " behind the gate but is in the very front of the property. I then checked on my second unit inside the " SECURED AREA " and found it had been robbed on 4/24/2017. They called and left a voice mail...to let me know about this....funny I never got a call or voice mail, but the next day they noticed a lock on the unit so they thought everything was ok.....no one ever came into the office to file an incident report, or a police report...the "manager " says this is normal and happens all the time....BULLSHIT!!. Come to find out that the people who robbed me put a lock on the unit and then someone has been living in there until today when I noticed it wasnt my lock on the unit. This place is run by people who are completely unprofessional and have no clue how to run a facility. How can someone be living in my unit for over 1.5 months and NO ONE NOTICES. If I would have known they I need to provide my own round the clock security I would have stored the stuff in my garage. 6/11/2017 THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY EARLIER REVIEW OF THIS BUSINESS. As described yesterday I was informed my unit had been robbed when the "property managers" ( i say this is the loosest possible terms more like the people who occupie space in the office) noticed my lock was missing. I did not receive this phone call until 14:59 in the afternoon...they do a property check 1st thing in the morning. When I asked why they waited almost the entire day before they called me I was told " we had alot of trucks to process today and we were busy". We were told by the office person it was our responsibility to call the Henderson Police Department to report the break inand robbery which we did at once. While waititng for the police to arrive we checked on our 2nd unit at this location that is behind the security gate and is supposed to be secure. It was then we noticed that my lock was not on this unit either but had been replaced with a completely different lock. When I went back into the office We were told that the unit had been broken into on 4/24/2017 and that they had called us to let us know on 4/25/2017 and left a VM. They said the next day they noticed a lock was on the unit, so they " assumed" that everything was ok. Not only had my unit been robbed but the people who robbed it had put thier own lock on the unit and until yesterday 6/10/2017 someone had been sleeping in the unit and living in there. I have checked both cell phone bills for the numbers listed on the contract and there are no incoming calls or voice mails from CUBESMART on 4/24 or 4/25. This situation gets even better by the comments from the " Office manager " who lives on site and I quote..."We tell people all the time not to store valueable items here as things can be stolen"....SERIOUSLY?? She then tries to defend herself when I question how someone could be LIVING IN MY UNIT FOR 1.5 MONTHS AND NO ONE NOTICES. Her answer was that her children ride the property on thier bikes every morning checking the locks on the units. They told me that on the breakin on 4/24/2017 that an RV had been broken into as well as my unit. I asked her how someone cold get into the "secured" area and she then tell me that people jump the fence to rob them all the time...AGAIN WHAT IN THE HELL?? If I would have known my unit had been robbed on 4/24 I would have moved all my goods out of there the next day, thus avoiding the 2nd robbery. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS PLACE IS STAFFED BY PEOPLE SO POORLY TRAINED AND THE SECURITY IS ONLY AN ILLUSION AS KIDS ON BIKES ARE DOING THE LOCK CHECKS. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS AT THIS BUSINESS!! .
