  • Our family can't say enough about Allison...all of it good! As if navigating real estate in Las Vegas wasn't hairy enough, we had a house that we needed sold that would end up being a short sale and all of us living out of state (in different states). Add insult to injury, my mother was very skittish about the entire process and very uncomfortable with the short sale process. Allison made the process simple, seamless and she barely broke a sweat (at least she never let us see it!) Her easy way of communicating, staying calm and cogently explaining everything put my folks at ease (and, frankly, took such a burden off of me). Allison clearly keeps current with the everchanging landscape and the LV market. She set realistic expectations, kept all the timelines in check and we were able to close (with no deficiency and no ill consequence). Oh and we did it all without having to get on a plane, train or auto to be in Nevada ---I know she was carrying the weight on all of this, but we never felt the strain as clients! Most of all, my non-real-estate-knowing mommy was happy with the result and how little angst it caused her! We recommend Allison without reservation for any real estate business you have to get done!
