  • I really struggled to find a treatment program for my infected previously treated root canal/crown. After the third flare up on this crown in a month, having seen six dentists who clearly had no idea what to do with it and making it clear that the most important thing about me was my insurance situation, I was really in a bind. So I Yelped a dentist (Dr. Radcliffe) and without taking any more time or money, they referred me to Dr. Bradley Gettleman. His office staff set the whole day in the right direction. You know when you are getting really great care? When the doctor's staff asks you to tell them what is going on and then sets your appointment without asking about money or insurance issues. I understand that payment is due at the time of service. I'm an adult with a serious medical/dental problem and I want the best care possible. I do not want my insurance card to be more important than my medical needs. Clearly I was finally on the right track with Westside Endo. I came in on the same day (today) and Dr. Gettlemen took exceptional care of me. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of him and his staff for doing business THE RIGHT WAY. He treated my tooth, discovered that the tooth was cracked beyond repair and has referred me to an oral surgeon to continue my treatment tomorrow. After weeks of being run around by different dentists and feeling like all they wanted was money, I got some real help today. The bill was far less than I expected and I would recommend this practice to anyone who has a serious tooth issue. I know I got the best care possible. Amazing luck of the draw with only Yelp for reference.
