  • Just wanted to give a super review for Soundwerks. I had a library audio cd stuck in my cd player. I attempted to get the cd out myself, then went to my car dealership, to no avail. The gentleman at the car dealership recommended Soundwerks, so I called. The man who spoke with me was very pleasant and said I could come right over. When I got there, the 2 men who work there were friendly and courteous. One of the men walked to my car and asked where I got the cd. I told him it was a library cd and he explained what the issue was (library cds get stuck bc of the numerous labels on them). He then got my cd out in a matter of minutes. He didn't charge me even though this took some of his time. Very thoughtful and kind! I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. Nice people who are kind, effiecient and knowledgeable.
