  • I had to bring my rating down to 3 because of the service received from Val;( I had meet some friends for lunch, it was a party of 3 to try the Bao. Who wanted taste all of the selections. I asked if we could have one of each in the set of 2". Which I was positive I had it that way before, (I come here at least twice a month). Val advised that could not be served like that the chef is adamant about that. I told her I was confused because just last week I was there and she served me and we had duck and pork belly Bao . She went on to tell me with not so nice attitude that she has worked there for 2 years and never has she served me this way. My friends were so offended with her attitude. That they decided to leave and have lunch else where. Service is everything to me, that adds to the experience. Last weeks lunch mate made the same remarks about Val's service. I know that we could have solved the Bao situation easily by just ordering all 3 selections. But the condescending attitude made the lunch experience bad, will I go back there to eat maybe but I will find out Val's work schedule and avoid the negativity.
